Blog Prompt: What was the worst meal you ever had?

The worst meal I ever had was cooked by a flatmate of mine in Wellington (Amapur Drive). She liked spicy food & for some reason she had a grudge against me & Scott. Right know I can't remember what the grudge was about so really it can't have been important in the scheme of things, but she did leave the next day.

Anyway it was her turn to cook & she got down the wok & put in the rice & some sauce. Well once the meal had been cooked up it was black looking, I decided to give it a try. It was just hideous, not only was it very spicy but it had this horrid taste of like mud underneath the heat of the spice. I asked her what she put in it & she said she put in a bit of black bean sauce, chilli sauce, a bit of this, a bit of that. I only had that one mouthful then needed to drink a whole glass of milk. Scott was not going to get cowed down by her so he ate the whole lot. I asked him if he liked it, he didn't, but he was not going to give that girl the victory she wanted.
