Poetry?

Let's write a poem. Try a haiku, rhyming, or any other style you like.

I have not written a poem for a very long time. The last time I remember doing so was sitting on the balcony at Church Bay & it was about the sounds of the birds. I didn't keep it though.

I have tried to write a haiku.

The leaves are falling
Quietly fluttering down
Colours dying, rest.
